Harvest Bitcoin Leaders Enhanced Income ETF will invest, on a levered basis, in securities of Bitcoin Leaders (as defined below) selected by the Manager to seek to provide Unitholders with (i) monthly cash distributions; (ii) the opportunity for capital appreciation; and (iii) lower overall volatility of portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning securities of the selected Bitcoin Leaders directly on a levered basis.
Harvest Bitcoin Leaders Enhanced Income ETF will invest in securities of not less than ten Bitcoin Leaders chosen from the Bitcoin Leaders Investible Universe that at the time of investment have (i) a market capitalization of at least US$250 million and (ii) securities listed on a developed market stock exchange.
