* Starlight acquires Stone. Starlight Investments Capital LP announced on April 7 that it will acquire Stone Investment Group Ltd. Starlight Capital is an independent asset management firm offering mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, offering memorandum funds and structured products. Stone is a Canadian-owned independent wealth management company operating since 1995. The deal is expected to boost Starlight’s assets under mangement to more than $1 billion. Stone’s Board unanimously approved the deal, which is expected to close late in the second quarter of 2022.

* TD offers U.S. dollar units on selected TD ETFs. TD Asset Management Inc. announced on April 5 the launch of U.S. dollar-denominated units of the following TD ETFs.
