The fund seeks to provide shareholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation through purchasing and holding common stock of UnitedHealth Group, including by using leverage (not to exceed the limits on use of leverage described under “Investment Strategies”) through cash borrowing to purchase common stock of UnitedHealth Group and (ii) distributions by writing covered call options and/or cash covered put options on a portion of the fund’s portfolio.
In order to achieve its investment objectives, UnitedHealth Group (UNH) Yield Shares Purpose ETF will purchase and hold up to 100% of its total assets (including assets acquired with borrowings) in common stock of UnitedHealth Group. With respect to the ETF shares only, the fund will hedge substantially all of the U.S. dollar currency exposure within UnitedHealth Group (UNH) Yield Shares Purpose ETF’s portfolio back to the Canadian dollar.
