Harvest Broadcom Enhanced High Income Shares ETF will seek to provide Unitholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the common stock of Broadcom Inc. (“Broadcom”) and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.
In order to achieve its investment objectives, Harvest Broadcom Enhanced High Income Shares ETF will invest up to 100% of its total assets in the common stock class A of Broadcom and will write covered call options on shares of Broadcom. The proportion of covered call options written will vary depending on market conditions and will be based on the Harvest ETF’s distribution policy, subject to a maximum 50% write level.
