Investment Objectives
The Fund seeks to invest substantially all of its assets in long-term holdings of XRP (as defined herein) and to provide holders of ETF Units (“Unitholders”) with the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will not change its fundamental investment objectives unless the consent of a majority of Unitholders has been obtained.
Investment Strategy
To achieve its investment objective, the Fund invests in and holds substantially all of its assets in long-term holdings of XRP in order to provide Unitholders with a secure, convenient, lower-cost alternative to a direct investment in XRP. See “Overview of the Sector in Which the Fund Invests” for further information about XRP and the manner in which the Fund will purchase XRP for its portfolio. The Fund will not speculate with regard to short-term changes in XRP prices.
