The ETF seeks to provide shareholders with (i) long-term capital appreciation through purchasing and holding common shares of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (“Couche-Tard”) (and may include the use of leverage through cash borrowing of up to 33% of the ETF’s unlevered net asset value to purchase common shares of Couche-Tard) and (ii) distributions by writing covered call options and/or cash covered put options on a portion of the ETF's portfolio
In order to achieve its investment objectives, the Purpose Couche-Tard (ATD) Yield Shares ETF will purchase and hold up to 100% of its total assets (including assets acquired with borrowings) in common shares of Couche-Tard.Each Purpose Fund will from time to time in response to market conditions write covered call options and/or cash covered put options on a portion of its portfolio to seek to generate investment returns.
