Investment Objectives
The investment objective of BDAY is to deliver attractive income while providing exposure primarily to Bitcoin. To supplement income earned from its holdings, mitigate risk and reduce volatility, BDAY employs an actively managed, primarily ultra-short-term, option strategy.
Investment Strategy
BDAY seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in exchange traded funds that provide exposure to Bitcoin. BDAY does not invest in Bitcoin directly. Initially, and in accordance with exemptive relief (as described herein), BDAY will obtain such exposure through investment in securities of IBIT, a U.S.-listed exchange traded fund. IBIT provides exposure to underlying price movements of the U.S. dollar price of Bitcoin, with its assets consisting solely of Bitcoin and cash.
