Investment Objectives

The Fund aims to achieve a high level of income with the potential for capital gains. The Fund seeks a similar return to its underlying fund, which is also managed by Fidelity, by investing substantially all of its assets in securities of that underlying fund. The underlying fund aims to achieve a high level of income with the potential for capital gains by investing primarily in U.S. high yield securities, leveraging a quantitative multi-factor model.

Investment Strategy

The strategies described below relate to the Fund and the underlying fund, Fidelity Systematic U.S. High Yield Bond ETF. To meet the Fund’s objectives, the portfolio management team of the underlying fund: Invests primarily in fixed income securities rated BB or B by S&P, Ba or B by Moody’s, comparably rated by another nationally recognized credit rating agency, or, if unrated, considered by it to be of comparable quality.
