Steven Leong, CFA, is Director, Head of iShares Product and Markets, BlackRock Canada. He leads BlackRock’s Canadian ETF Product & Capital Markets team, with overall responsibility for iShares ETFs product development, product management and liquidity oversight. Previously, he gained international experience working for Barclays Global Investors in London, where he played a key role in the early development of iShares ETFs in Europe. Mr. Leong has a degree in economics from the London School of Economics.
