Daniel Prince, CFA, Director, is the Head of iShares product consulting for BlackRock’s U.S. Wealth Advisory Business and U.S Head of iShares Core ETFs within BlackRock’s ETF and Index Investments Group. Within his role in product consulting, he is responsible for researching, analyzing and evaluating a broad range of investment solutions for U.S. financial advisors. As the U.S. Head of iShares Core ETFs, he is responsible for driving strategy, analytics, thought leadership, sales enablement and client engagement for the iShares Core ETF franchise.
Mr. Prince’s service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to his current role, Daniel was a member of the iShares ETF Due Diligence team where he partnered with home office ETF platform analysts delivering in-depth product analysis and insights. Prior to this role, Mr. Prince was senior sales strategist within iShares. Daniel started his career in pension consulting as an analyst at Wilshire Associates.
Mr. Prince holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and he earned a BS degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
